Version: (using KDE 4.4.2) OS: Linux Installed from: openSUSE RPMs I have some e-pub files that Okular refuses to read. Or rather: it opens them but the file is rendered as just one empty page and according to the page-counter there is only one page. However, other programs supporting e-pub can read the same files just fine (tried with Calibre, Sigil and a extension for Firefox - the latter one being http://www.epubread.com/en/). I'd very much prefer to being able to read them using Okular though...but I have no idea of what could be wrong. Bug in the backend? E-pub files that are malformed? Unfortunately, most of the files I have that displays this behavior I'm not at liberty to distribute. The one in the following URL acts that way though: http://www.webscription.net/p-16-the-apocalypse-troll.aspx Well, it does for me anyway. Can someone check if they can reproduce the problem with that file?
Ely, can you have a look?
The trunk version of ebook-tools loads the file, but then the document is still subject to the issues with relative URLs; so this bug would be: a) UPSTREAM for the "empty page" issue b) DUPLICATE of #198764 for the relative URLs issue given a) is solved, I'm marking this bug duplicate of #198764, so you (Jonas) can follow it. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 198764 ***
