I just tried to download a PDF from KOnqueror which was opened with okular. I then used "save as" to save it. Therefor I choose a location to save it, but it seems like okular did not realise this. I received an error message saying that okular can not save this file in the temp-folder "/tmp/...". Then I did the same with "Save as Copy" (BTW: I do not understand why there is "Save as" and "Save as Copy"). This worked.

This should be fixed (or at least better explained in Okular shipped with KDE Applications 4.9). Please update to that version (or a newer one) and reopen this bug if you still have this problem.
