Description Jamie Thompson 2010-04-26 22:18:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

When specifying directories to use for slideshow background images, it'd be really useful to be able to point it at a top-level directory and let it scan within the tree to find all of the images. Case in point, I'd like to point it at my family's photographs directory; however, it contains no actual images, just subdirectories (as they're all categorised) - I have to explicitly go in and add some directories before any images show up. Which then breaks when someone decides to move things around.

KDM is unmaintained and not used in KDE Plasma 5.

SDDM is the login manager used in KDE Plasma 5. If you still have this same issue with SDDM, please file an issue on the SDDM bugtracker (after doing a search for existing issues first!): https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/
