Description Sabine Faure 2010-04-26 19:41:49 UTC
Version:            (using Devel)
Compiler:          gcc 4.3.2
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

- Launch KOrg
- Click on the week numbers in the Date navigator (small calendar(s) on the left hand side)
- This selects the whole week every time (Mon-Sun)
- Go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on the 'Views' icon
- In the 'General' tab and 'Date Navigator' section, check the 'week numbers select a work week when in work week mode'
- Click on 'Apply'
- Click on the week numbers in the Date navigator

This time only the work week is displayed and not the whole week (ex: Mon-Sat; you can set different work week days in the Configure dialogue, Time and Date icon, section Working Period).

This functionality works fine. However, its name is not very explicit for the user so I suggest changing it to a group box with two radio buttons called:
When clicking on week numbers (date navigator)
* Select work week days
* Select whole week

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
