It would be nice if the 'History' plugin allowed me to choose a directory to which to save the conversation logs. I like to save my logs, and I'd also like to have them in directory of my choosing for easier backup.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
