SOLUTION:

debian/control:
`python-qt4 (>= 4.7-2), python-qt4 (< 4.7-2+~)`
    should be changed at `python-qt4 (>= 4.7-2)`
`python-sip4 (< <none>+~)`
    should be also changed

PROBLEM:
The problem is that i cant instal lot of applications with i nead:
--plasma-scriptengines
--system-config-printer-kde
--etc.
I cant also write a scripts with using `kde`

Please help, i shouldnt be huge problem for you.

That is no KDEVELOP bug.
Bug report creator said that when i search python and there was posintion "Language support: Python" and there wasnt any word about Kdevelop.
Please repair it.
