Installed from:    Compiled sources

- Launch KOrg
- Go to Settings menu/Configure KOrganizer...
- Click on 'Time and Date' icon
- In the regional tab, there is a 'Working Period' section. Check the Saturdays as work days
- Uncheck the 'Exclude holiday' check box
- Click on 'Ok'

Nothing happens

- Quit KOrg and relaunch it
- Go to month view

You can see that the changes have in fact been taken into account: 
* Saturdays are displayed with a blue-grey background color to show that they are work days
* Even the Saturdays that are national holidays (ex in May for France) are displayed in blue-grey because they are considered as work days since the 'exclude holiday' check box has been unchecked.

So this seems to be only an update pb.

It is corrected now.

The update problem has been corrected.
