If I choose to invert colors on a pdf document I'm reading the contents of the pdf(displayed in navigation panel) will not have inverted colors like the document

Can you please rephrase your problem? I am not sure i understand what you mean.

Ok(sorry eng is not my first language). Here goes: I'm reading my pdfs with okular and I invert the colors(Settings->configure->accessability->change colors->invert) for a more relaxed reading. the pages are now black font with white face; when I access the contents of the pdf(settings->show navigation panel-> contents) the font of the contents is with original colors of the pdf(not inverted as the text).

Is this ok?

Ok, i understand now, that "Contents" is a regular list view of KDE, and it is painted using the KDE colors, you can change the color it is painted on the KDE system wide settings.

The setting for inverting the colors of the page was never intended to change those colors at all, i'm sorry but that request is out of scope.
