Description Peter 2010-04-20 20:22:19 UTC
Version: 0.3.4 (using KDE 4.3.5)
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

I would like to use Okteta on raw devices.
Naturtally, insert mode doesn't make sense there so it should be disabled. Feature is also useful when editing large files.

Hi Peter, thanks for reporting your wish.
Support for viewing (and editing) of raw devices (as well as working/process memory) is on my TODO list, although not with much priority, so it might take one or more years until it's there.
But it's good to get feedback what other people would be interested in :)

I would appreciate this too. :-)
