Sorry, but another tiny bug.

In Ledgers view, after importing a file, the last entry displayed does not show the 'missing category assignment' tool-tip.  Also, it does not show for a selected entry.  Big deal.

Since porting the Ledger the tooltip is always missing so that is something that needs to be fixed.
