Description Murz 2010-04-15 07:42:54 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I have use many accounts in Kmail, some is my personal, but other is shared with other users. We have one inbox and leave messages, that addressed to not mine, in Unread status. For understand who is addressee of message I need to quickly read the body of message. And when I read, the message marks as read automatically.

And very often when I open the folder, the cursor select not-mine unread message and mark it as read automatically too.

I can tune the "Mark selected message as read after" to disable totally or change the seconds. But I need 2-3 seconds for my personal accounts and stay this feature disabled or tune the long time (10-20 secs) for other shared accounts.

How I can do this? At now this option is global for all accounts.

Please change this option to account-specific or folder-specific.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.

This feature is still missed on kmail2 and we want to see it.
