Description Christoph Wickert 2010-04-12 15:58:34 UTC
Version: kdepim-4.4.1-2.fc12.x86_64 (using KDE 4.4.1)
Compiler: gcc-4.4.3-4.fc12.x86_64
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

When I rename an IMAP folder, it appears from KMail the next time I sync mail (I'm using a Kolab server, so this is disconnected IMAP). I have to go to 'Serverside subscriptions' and subscribe to the folder again. KMail should be smart enough to change my subscriptions automatically and push the changes to the server.
Comment 1 Jeroen van Meeuwen (Kolab Systems) 2012-06-08 14:30:46 UTC
Actually the server should automatically modify the subscription list for the user upon a folder rename, but indeed Kontact / KMail should still pick it up.

This issue seems to no longer occur with KDE 4.8.3 - I seem unable to reproduce. The subscription database on the server-side is updated, as expected.
