Disabled components of Kdemultimedia shouldnt build their documentation.
For example when i add -DBUILD_DRAGONPLAYER=off to the build script,
the documentation of the application that is not gonna be included shouldnt be part of the resulting package.

This was fixed long time ago in trunk + 4.4:
