In other irc clients:
[23:44:59] ChanServ [services@IrcCity.NET] set mode +a Darwin Darwin

In konversation:
[23:44:59] ChanServ [services@IrcCity.NET] sets a ban on Darwin Darwin

Such behavior is found in English and Russian versions of the program.
