Compiler:          gcc 4.3.2 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

- Launch KOrg
- Go to File menu/Export/Export Web Page
- Click on the 'Help' button

Nothing happens atm so it seems that this has not been implemented yet.

The help button has been disabled but it is still there.
So I am updating the title of this bug into : help button not implemented instead and I am reopening this bug.
