Installed from:    Archlinux Packages

An old and not used anymore akanodi resource was present in my config. This causes akonadi to crash and show several windows ( it stopped only after akonadi stopped )

Then remove the old resource from your configuration, either manually by editing the files under ~/.config/akonadi after akonadi server is stopped or with akonadiconsole while akonadi server is running.
