Description Jurian Sluiman 2010-04-03 19:47:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.2)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Accesskeys are a common method to assign focus on an element
(http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/interact/forms.html#adef-accesskey).

I filed the bug first for Rekonq, but they said it's a kdewebkit issue. More info at bug #229120 (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=229120)

Yes, this is a known missing functionality that has been added to the ISSUES file at

http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdewebkit/ISSUES?view=markup

but it is something that should be implemented upstream in QtWebKit itself. If someone upstream does not implement this, I will see if I can do the patch for upstream myself at some point in the future...

Reminder to myself: port this functionality from kwebkitpart:
