When KMail starts it also starts Akonadi. It shows the progress bar for starting Akonadi for a while, and then a message pops up telling that Akonadi failed to start because of "missing helper agents" (translated, so I might be off).

When I check akonadictl status or the Akonadi kcm, it shows Akonadi is running. And indeed, if I start KMail again, no Akonadi message whatsoever and KMail just works.

I removed the "standard" addressbook entry in Akonadi and replaced it with a vCard file addressbook. The other sources are the defaults + some nepomuk stuff.
