How can I configure Okular to print 2 pages/sheet ?
I cannot find any options in Print menu

Assuming you use CUPS on Linux/Unix for your printing, when you bring up the Print Dialog you click on Options to expand the bottom half of the dialog, then choose the Pages tab where you will find the Pages Per Sheet options. If you do not have the Pages tab then you do not have CUPS and so pages per sheet are not supported.
