When mousing over the "Geek Clock" widget, a segfault is generated and the Plasma Desktop crashes and then restarts. Consistently reproducible. Running 4 instances of Geek Clock showing different time zones. This used to work fine on 4 3.x - started happening with 4.4.1. 

The crash can be reproduced every time.

- Do you know if this GeekClock was updated/recompiled after the KDE SC update ? (as it seems it uses the libplasmaclock API, which is not stable AFAIK; then this widget should be recompiled after every KDE SC update to not cause crashes/bugs)

Good suggestion. Recompiling it from source against the currently installed KDE4.4.2 fixed the problem (the packages on kde-look.org are for openSUSE 11.1 which was KDE4.3.x from memory.

Anyway, problem is resolved (marked as invalid since it wasn't really a bug).
