KColorEdit doesn’t seem to be an official KDE project anymore. I can’t find it on invent.kde.org. It *is* available from https://github.com/KDE/kcoloredit, but the last update was from 2016, and it’s not possible to compile it on modern systems (cmake results in ‘ERROR: Could not find KDE4 kde4-config’). So I’m closing this as RESOLVED UNMAINTAINED.
