Application that crashed: konsole

What I was doing when the application crashed:
When logging in an konsole is on autostart, it only shows a blank white screen with no prompt. My usual konsole screen is black with green text. On closing the blank screen konsole closes but produces this crash. This always happens and can be reproducible at any time.
