Installed from: Archlinux Packages

Hi everybody

I think it would be very useful to have and autostart option in Knetworkmanager.
Perhaps in "Manage connections" panel, or in an other "Preferences" like menu.

This could avoid having to add an script in kde's autostart folder to get knetworkmanger loaded automatically. I know there is an option to do this when you start the program for the first time, but it would be great to modify it later.

Thanks!

If you want to disable autostart you can uncheck knm tray icon -> Manage Connections -> Other -> Show tray icon. To enable it again then you will have to call 'kcmshell4 kcm_networkmanagement_tray' and check it again. Maybe someone could add 'kcmshell4 kcm_networkmanagement_tray' to system settings -> Network Configuration, that would easy the task of restoring autostart.

OBS: you can add programs to autostart using system settings -> Advanced -> Autostart.

add tray to systemsettings

This patch adds the knm->Manager Connections -> Other configuration to systemsettings to let the user enable tray icon again.

Please use the plasmoid instead of the monolithic knetworkmanager.
