Version: 2.3.3 (using 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5) "release 3", KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Desktop / openSUSE_11.2) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop My desktop runs openSUSE 11.2 for x86_64 with latest KDE 4.3.5 packages from openSUSE build service. $ rpm -qf `which konsole` konsole-4.3.5-3.3.x86_64 My KDE desktop is configured to have 4 virtual desktops, same "Desktop" activity across all virtual destops. When I login into KDE, a konsole is autostarted on desktop 1. The first time I attempt to start konsole on any other virtual desktop, it won't start. The konsole icon appears in the taskbar panel, but konsole window never appears. Second and subsequent attempts to start konsole on other virtual desktops are successful. So what makes the first attempt to start konsole on any other virtual desktop so special?
Can't reproduce it with KDE-4.7.0 Feel free to reopen if this still happens in recent version.
