I try renice a task in my user space, not work with: ksysguard/system activity
but work with renice 19 [pid]
checked by top command.
I have add all details cols to the pannel.
Thanks to fix it.

It works fine for me in KDE SC 4.9.2 . 

Feel free to reopen if this still happens in recent version, and please provide more information then.

Work too under 4.8
