What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had konqueror open split vertically into two windows. On the left was an ftp session and on the right was a local directory. I copied a file from the right to the left knowing it would bring up the "overwrite or rename" type dialogue, but then started copying another file from right to left before clicking on the "overwrite" option. When I clicked on the overwrite option it crashed.
