Version: (using KDE 4.4.1) OS: Linux It would be nice to have an option to have the clock applet chime the hour, half-hour and quarter hour.
Hello aseigo, i have implemented the chiming of the analog clock every hour.though i have hard coded it and it would only chime every hour. and not for 45 mins. i have to look more into it and have to develop a ui which would allow the user to set the clock to chime according to the choice of the user. For the time being i just wanted to know that for the time being should i svn the code and whom should i submit the code for checking ?because i would like to fix the code a little more. Also I don't have the authority to svn the code. thanks, sunny_slls
Hi sunny_slls You cannot add new features in the code before trunk is opened to 4.7 (beginning of January). Maybe the best would be to use reviewboard.kde.org and put the diff here so we can advise you on current patch. Thanks for taking this task, Anne-Marie
