I read this sentence: 'You will automatically get email notifying you of any changes that occur on bugs you vote for.' on this page: 'https://bugs.kde.org/page.cgi?id=voting.html'.

The issue is that I didn't get any notification for my bugs when a new vote arrived. (e.g. https://bugs.kde.org/page.cgi?id=voting.html)

Please file this request upstream with the bugzilla folks. The votes functionality is not custom to bugs.kde.org.
