Description Carsten Schlipf 2010-03-19 16:39:43 UTC
Version: 2.3.0 (using 4.4.1 (KDE 4.4.1), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31-20-generic

When the search is set to show only matches, only songs from the visible selection are shown. That's prefectly OK. However when there are songs in the play queue that are not part of the current filter these should be played anyway.

How to reproduce:

1. In the search options enable 'Show only matches'.
2. Create a play queue with a couple of songs
3. Start playing
4. Filter the playlist to a set of songs that are not on the play queue
5. Click on next
-> A song from visible songs is selected. The play queue is dropped.

Hi Micah,

as you can see in bug 223877, they decided to not implement it although other players like JuK behave that way. That's the reason, why I switched to JuK.
