Description James Pryor 2010-03-18 17:16:25 UTC
Application that crashed: kopete
Version of the application: 0.80.2
KDE Version: 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5) "release 3"
Qt Version: 4.5.3
Operating System: Linux 2.6.31.12-0.1-desktop x86_64
Distribution: "openSUSE 11.2 (x86_64)"

What I was doing when the application crashed:
In kopete, using an AIM account, I received a invite to group chat in progress. I accepted the invite and the group chat window popped up. I typed up my IM and immediately upon sending the IM, the whole kopete program crashed. So ignored/canceled the KDE Crash Handler an opened up kopete again. I received another invite to the group chat in progress. Again, I accepted the invite and the group chat window was displayed. Again, I typed up my IM and immediately upon sending the IM, the whole kopete program crashed.

This time I did not ignore the Crash Handler and Reporting Assistant. I installed some debuginfo RPMs and now I am writing this bug report. I am able to run kopete again and I am able to send IMs (via AIM protocol) but it looks like the group chat function is buggy.
