Description Sabine Faure 2010-03-18 00:31:31 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

- Launch KOrg
- Create a new to-do
- click on the 'To-do List' button
- the to-do you created should be listed in the to do list view
- Right click on it and select 'Show'
- Click on the 'Show in Context' button from the 'Event Viewer' dialogue.

Nothing happens atm.

Hi,
"Show in context" for todo event, show it in "todo list" => you already open "todo list" so it's right you can't show any changes.
But when you call it in "month view" you can see "todo list".

So I don't think it's a real bugs

Well maybe you could disable (greyed) the 'Show in context' button in the to-do list view since it does nothing there.

Of course you can leave it in the Agenda and Month views since there it does something (i.e goes to the to-do list view)

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
