Description H.H. 2010-03-16 16:14:24 UTC
Version: 1.13.0 (using 4.4.1 (KDE 4.4.1) "release 225", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.2)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.5-0.1-desktop

In kmail/kde3 I often pasted multiple addresses into the to/cc/bcc field and kmail automatically splitted them up in a list. this does not work anymore in kmail/kde4. This is even worse, when sending to mailing lists does not work anymore, too. I have now to spent much time on pasting all 50 addresses manually one after another. Please fix this.

is there a workaround for this? my addresses are new-line-separated. And I don't want to add them to my addressbook.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
