Description Andreas Pietzowski 2010-03-15 13:15:11 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.1)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

After logging in KDE really seems snappy. But after a few days I have to reboot/logout because of many different issues:

1. Mouse hands sometimes
2. Windows have big delay when moving/resizing
3. Dialog for opening files gets very slow

The swap seems to bee full of data (as far as my KDE memory monitor tells me)

I also have disabled nepomuk. With nepomuk enabled the hard drive is too busy all the time that working is nearly impossible without waiting for system response. So nepomuk cant be the reason for the slow KDE after some days I guess.
