KWord used to show endnotes among the footnotes. Now it doesn't shown endnotes at all anymore. Test documents can be found in kofficetests/interoperability/kword/oowriter, See also http://reviewboard.kde.org/r/2974/ (which already contained the code to make endnotes no longer appear among footnotes).
