Version: 0.80.2 (using 4.3.4 (KDE 4.3.4), Debian packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32.9-narciso I've a jabber account for facebook. Their server doesn't support grouping contact so since i've put some facebook contacts into some metacontacts, now the metacontacts lost their group as well, and everyday i have kopete full of uncategorized people and empty groups. I believe that kopete should memorize locally the group to which a metacontact belongs. Bye
A "sorkaround" I found: re-create the same groups (with same names) on facebook itself, and categorize your contacts there. In kopete, facebook contacts will follow the categories you defined in facebook, so you'll have them placed in groups. Thill they'll not be stored locally.

You missunderstand me, the problem is not that i can't move the facebook contacts. The problem is that since i've grouped them with the contacts of other protocols, also the _working_ grouping for those protocols doesn't work anymore. So the facebook account collides with the grouping, and this should be considered a bug.
