This is a problem with the Qt Print Dialog, so you will need to report it upstream at http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Comment 5 Thomas Fischer 2016-01-08 15:16:48 UTC
The Qt bug report's URL has been changed to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-9135

P.S. I wonder why the bug is marked as RESOLVED UPSTREAM. Upstream (Qt) has *not* resolved the problem. It should be rather VERIFIED UPSTREAM ...
Comment 6 Erik Quaeghebeur 2018-09-01 15:34:06 UTC
In the upstream bug, a developer has offered to try and fix this issue. However, he needs access to a printer with authentication. If you might be able to provide this, please have a look at the linked report and comment there.
