Version: (using KDE 4.3.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages This is only about the german translation of KPackageKit: When there are new updates available, Kubuntu opens a box in the system tray which says: "You have X Fehlerkorekturen" (There are X Bugfixes/Updates) Here you can choose between "Prüfen und aktualisieren" (Check and actualize), "Nicht jetzt" (Not now) and "Diese Nachfrage nicht mehr anzeigen" (Don't show this message again). Here I want to emphasize the word "aktualisieren" in this context it means "install the available bugfixes/updates". If you klick this button a window with KPackageKit opens: Iside this window a list with all updates is shown, below you can select between "select all updates", "Aktualisieren" (refresh), "Verlauf" (history) and below "OK", "Anwenden" (applicate) and "Abbrechen"(cancel). If you want to install all updates you have to klick "select all updates" first and "OK" or "Anwenden" next. But the missleading thing is: you don't have to klick "Aktualisieren" here, if you do so the list with all availible updates is refreshed, an no update is selected. As a newby me and a friend of mine kept the first "aktualisieren" in mind which is used in the context install all updates (as described above). Then we saw the second button with "Aktualisieren" (we did not know that this is another context like refresh the list), klicked "select all updates" this button, and "OK". And at the next startup of the PC we was wondering why no update has been istalled. So it would be very helpful if you change the translation into something like "Liste neu laden". Or the "OK" or "Anwenden"- button into "Ausgewählte Fehlerkorrekturen installieren".
Hmm, noch jemand besorgt wegen "You have X Fehlerkorekturen"?
