Version: 1.0.0 (using 4.4.1 (KDE 4.4.1), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31-20-generic To reproduce: - put some contacts into a group - click group with right mouse button and go to notifications options for it - set some alarm (sound) as notification for new message - click OK - wait for someone from that group to write to you - see/hear that no alarm was triggered This works for single contacts. Being able to do this with group is very useful and I remember that it worked in KDE 3.x.
I can confirm that on kde 4.5.1, version 1.0.80 This is a huge inconvenience for any groups user, because it almost defeats any purpose of using groups at all. Please give more attention to this issue.
