Description Christian Ehrlicher 2010-03-07 11:05:31 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
OS: MS Windows
Installed from: Compiled sources

Steps to reproduce:
emerge kdegames
start kate (so kded4.exe is started)
emerge --unmerge kdegames

After a while kded4 crashes because KDirWatchPrivate::fswEventReceived() is wrong. I've no good idea how to fix it - the best would be to adopt qfilesystemwatcher_win.cpp and remove QFileSystemWatcher in KDirWatch because QFileSystemwatcher doesn't give us enough informations.

Don't think dfaure can do anything here -> assigned to kde-windows@kde.org

Crash in old unmaintained KF4 software with no duplicates from any Qt5/KF5 versions. If anyone can still reproduce using a recent KF5 versions of KIO, please file a new bug.
