Facing pages view mode should show content of two pages correctly.

Download a magazine from www.powerblockmag.com and try any free magazine with Okular and Evince and you will see the difference in how the pages are arranged.

By default the facing pages were displayed correctly in Dual mode for Evince, but for Okular I had to use pdfedit and insert a blank page after the cover page to have the pages displayed in proper order in facing page view mode.

You mean Settings -> Configure -> Center first page?
