OS:                Linux
Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

amarok: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libamaroklib.so.1: undefined symbol: _ZN6Plasma7WebView10itemChangeEN13QGraphicsItem18GraphicsItemChangeERK8QVariant


This is what I get from the command line.

You need to disable the Info applet, this is unfortunately a Plasma problem with OpenSuSE.

A symbol lookup error is due to mismatched packages, the referenced dupe is a Qt assert.

symbol lookup error indicate packaging problems: libs have been installed in a wrong version. Maybe some remaining stuff from old installations from source?

Anyway, it's a packaging problem, not an Amarok one, sorry.
