-- Information about the crash:
Through the system setting interface, the control center crashes when I attempt to use an NTP server for time.  After I enter user authentication information a window pops up stating that it cannot connect to the server (north american server) and then a KDE bug crash message pops up.  I have been unable to use the NTP service.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
