Description Silver Salonen 2010-02-25 10:59:52 UTC
Version: 1.13.0 (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

I'd like to be able to move an IMAP-folder another folder. Currently I have to rename it to 'subfolder.folder' and hope it works :)
Comment 1 Björn Ruberg 2010-03-13 16:13:28 UTC
I would do that dragging folders around in the folder list. What is wrong about that?
Comment 2 Silver Salonen 2010-03-14 07:43:29 UTC
I'd do it too, but it doesn't work. When I drag a folder on another folder, a moving menu appears, but "Move here" is grayed out and cannot be selected.
Comment 3 Björn Ruberg 2010-03-14 11:27:51 UTC
Strange, for me it works.

I have 2 IMAP-accounts in KMail, one of them is GMail. Moving folders by dragging them isn't possible on neither of these accounts. Anything to check?

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.
Comment 6 Luigi Toscano 2012-08-19 00:05:13 UTC
Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
Comment 7 Silver Salonen 2012-08-27 08:29:08 UTC
It seems moving folders by drag&drop works in KMail2 (4.9.0 currently).
