Hej, I just create a modal dialog, now idea why KWin shows it twice, therefor reassigning it to KWin product. Ciao, Tobias
I cannot reproduce. The contact editor window is modal and by that the main window is not shown in Alt+tab. Are you using kwin or a different window manager?

Hej Martin, I can reproduce it here with every modal dialog. However you have to be fast to reproduce it: You need two windows, e.g. two konqueror windows. Then you click on 'Open File...' in one konqueror window and _before_ the KFileDialog appears on screen you have to click on the other konqueror window to make this one having the focus. Now you can do Alt+Tab and see the KFileDialog listed twice :) Ciao, Tobias
