Version: (using KDE 4.4.0) OS: Linux Installed from: openSUSE RPMs The idea of using a "slider widget" for adjusting the zoom of a page is awesome imho, as it is much more intuitive to use. The current place (as of 0.3.92) where the slider can be found is imho not optimal though. Imho it would be better to let the zoom slider appear on the bottom of the window, like e.g. in Dolphin (Similar like the "Find bar(CTRL+F) in rekonq too"). The menu would say "Zoom..." (or something) and then the slider would appear. The slider then should only disappear again, if you press the little x button. To me this feels more "natural". I quickly created a mockup with this idea, which is attached to this bug report (I reported this on the mailing list already, but also posted it here, in order to not forget about this :-))

I meant to note that I have rekonq set to load plugins manually; I hadn't loaded them, so in my case at least, it's not directly related to the plugins.
