I was poking about in an ill=behaved web site for perhaps half an hour before my noon meeting came up. I turned off the monitor and went to my meeting. Upon returning from the meeting, I proceeded to do some more exploration of the web site. After 10 to 15 minutes, this happened.

I certainly hope you can actually find the problem! :)
