Description Rafał Malinowski 2010-02-19 21:51:36 UTC
Version: 2.2.90 (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

This is my computer setup:

1. laptop with one HDD, four partitions
2. external eSata HDD
3. KDE views the external eStata HDD as normal HDD (not as detachable drive)

I have music on both on my drives. The bug can be reproduced by following steps:

1. turn off laptop
2. detach drive
3. turn on laptop
4. run Amarok
5. play some music from HDD
6. close Amarok
7. run Amarok
8. turn off computer
9. attach drive
10. turn on computer
11. run Amarok
12. all collection data about music on eSata HDD is lost

Expected results:
12. all collection data about music on eSata HDD is still available
