Comment 1 Aaron J. Seigo 2010-02-19 15:00:30 UTC
this is either a crash in qt itself or in the python bindings; a crash where you are thrown out of X altogether would be an x.org driver crash, however.
Comment 2 Beat Wolf 2010-02-22 10:11:48 UTC
moving from general to scriptengines, if wrong, move further from there

From bug 231391 (KDE SC 4.4.1 + Qt 4.6.2):
-- Information about the crash:
adding widgets from the desktop causes plasma to crash. Sometimes, I lose my
panel after the crash.

Comment 6 Dario Andres 2010-03-21 22:00:38 UTC
From bug 229715:
-- Information about the crash:
I'm not sure what I was really doing except clicking and dragging parts of the
YWP widget around when plasma crashed.
Comment 7 Alexis MENARD 2010-03-22 06:59:39 UTC
Just by curiosity, do you have anything with the webview widget? Probably the web-browser plasmoid or web-slice?
Comment 8 Alexis MENARD 2010-03-22 07:55:40 UTC
Reproducible and reported :

Comment 9 Anne Wilson 2010-03-22 09:00:15 UTC
Apart from panel widgets and a couple of folder views I have pastebin, analogue clock, yawp and the opendesktop widget. I don't know whether either of the last two use the webview?

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
