Panel is going crazy

See screenshot in attachment.

How to reproduce:

1. Increase the height of the panel to an unreasonable amount ;)
2. Decrease the height of the panel to the desired size again

What happens is that the items on the panel don't decrease their size. Additionally, every pixel that is cut off at the bottom reappears at the top of the screen.

To get back to normal sizes one needs to delete the panel and create a new one from scratch.

I saw the same panel behavior after updating KDE 4.3.2 to 4.4.0 from Fedora 11 updates-testing.

This bug appears if QuickLaunch widget added on panel when it contains two rows of icons.

Hello,
I can confirm exactly the same behavior on my KDE 4.4.2.

It is probably bug in QuickLauncher because by removing it one can return to previous state but I think the panel should be more robust and handle incorrect data in a better way.
