Display Settings reports changes despite NO changes were made

using: kubuntu 9.10, KDE 4.4

how to reproduce:
1) Systems settings -> Display settings -> now go back by clicking on 'Overview' -> Display settings reports Apply settings dialog: The settings of the current module have changed...

Expected Behaviour:
1) no 'Apply settings dialog' until i make some changes

Fixed in KDE SC 4.4.1: bug 216213. Regards
